The beautiful white sandy beaches from Guardamar del Segura are just a few minutes drive away. The apartment is within walking distance of the nature reserve Las Lagunas de La Mata.

The fenced complex is called Oasis Beach: a green oasis with palm trees, 2 swimming pools, outdoor sport, putting green, boccia and playground. There is also a very spacious spa area with sauna and a large whirlpool, which can easily be booked for exclusive use free of charge (closed in July and August). 

The modern 3-bedroom-apartment (112 qm) is located on the ground floor, facing the pool and the large garden.

Air-Conditioning and free wifi is available in all rooms. 

The first bedroom offers a kingsize bed, an integrated wardrobe,  an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in- shower (rain- and handheld devices). A hair dryer is available.

An underground parking space is available free of charge. There is also private parking for Oasis Beach outside the complex as well as plenty of street parking.

Upon arrival, the beds are made and towels are provided for you. 

The cleaning costs includes the fee for the final cleaning of the apartment, bed linen and towels. A 24/7 service is available.

Several restaurants in El Raso within minutes, mini-market, china-market and pharmacy.

11 km sandy beaches of Guardamar del Seguara are just a few minutes’ drive away. The scenic Playa Moncayo is 4 km and 9 minutes drive.

On Sundays, the well-known Lemon Tree Market is just a few minutes’ walk away.
